This teddy measures 7 1/2 inches standing and 5 1/2 inches sitting

Paw pads are stitched ultrasuede with trapunto hearts

Heart shaped white mink chest blaze

Glass eyes
Wire armature in arms and legs

Embroidered, waxed, and sealed heart shaped nose

Valentina will arrive in her own "Love" tin

6 joints including a double jointed neck which allows for the sweet head tilt

White mink tail

Hand stitched vintage mink ... in two hard to find colors: white and a brown so dark that it looks like black

Gently hand painted details

Valentina's heart shaped nose is simply charming

The entire panda has been lined for extra strength

Custom Bunny for Melody

This bunny was created from vintage mink collars that Melody sent me.

I once again used my "Sweet Little Bunny" pattern that I thought about retiring but I think it will just go on hiatus for a little while.

The bunny has a double jointed neck and the ears are wired and jointed.

The inner ears are ultrasuede.

I used the velvet lining from the collar for the bottom of the paw pads

The bunny has glass eyes.

The bunny is completely hand stitched and
has been lined for extra strength.

Popcorn Teddy Bears

This is really a "back to basics" teddy design for me because compared to my designs standards today this is a pattern that is very similar to my early mink teddy bears of the 1990s. While I do consider this pattern to be a "simple" one because I now have 27 years of teddy bear design skills this new teddy pattern is more accurately "simple and sophisticated".

I was inspired to design this teddy when I saw a popcorn box and the idea of a "Popcorn Teddy" came to me (see my earlier WIP post).
